این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است، در روستای حسن رود واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر بندرانزلی حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا مجهز به سیستم صوتی می باشد و به همراه حیاط دنج و فضاسازی شده فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب که یک اتاق مستر است، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 100 متر و نانوایی با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتر از ویلا ممکن می باشد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
