این ویلای دو طبقه و دو خوابه در روستای مایان سفلی و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از طرقبه واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به صورت پلکانی می‌باشد که با 5 پله دسترسی در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب می باشد و در طبقه دوم با حدود 10 پله خارج از ساختمان یک اتاق‌ خواب مستر و تراسی با چشم انداز کوه قرار دارد. همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد و جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته به دروازه و کوچه اشراف دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
