این ویلا دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده در محوطه ای شهرکی در روستای کردزار واقع شده است که با شهریار حدود 8 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد، پینگ پنگ، میز و صندلی باغی و سیستم صوتی را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد، توجه داشته باشید که دسترسی به استخر با فاصله چند قدمی از در ورودی ویلا ممکن است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 در ورودی شهرک مستقر می باشد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
