با رزرو این تخت تک نفره، یک اتاق به صورت مشترک با 5 مهمان بانو دیگر به همراه صبحانه رایگان در اختیار شما قرار می گیرد که در فاصله ای نزدیک از میدان نقش جهان، سی و سه پل، چهلستون و سایر مناطق تفریحی و دیدنی در شهر اصفهان واقع شده است.
اتاق مشترکی که در اختیارتان قرار می گیرد در یک مجموعه بومگردی 8 واحدی با بنایی تاریخی به قدمت عصر پهلوی با حیاطی بزرگ و محوطه سازی شده قرار گرفته که دارای 6 تخت یک نفره (بصورت دو طبقه)، بخاری گازی و اسپیلت می باشد، همچنین دارای حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد که به صورت مشترک با سایر مهمانان اتاق استفاده می گردد.
لازم به ذکر است در اتاق امکانات پخت و پز وجود ندارد اما استفاده از آشپزخانه مرکزی مجموعه با هماهنگی میزبان امکان پذیر است، همچنین سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه و هماهنگی قبلی امکان پذیر می باشد.
این اقامتگاه بومگردی دارای واحد نگهبانی و پذیرش 24 ساعته است که در محوطه مستقر می باشند، همچنین به منظور برقراری و حفظ امنیت اقامتگاه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است که محوطه، دروازه ورودی و فضای کوچه را پوشش می دهد.
از مشاعات اقامتگاه می توان به حیاط، آشپزخانه مرکزی، فضای نشیمن اشتراکی و سرویس فرنگی واقع در محوطه اشتراک نمود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر ممکن است.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
