This cottage features a double bed, traditional bedding, air conditioning, a heating package, a tea maker, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. It does not have an Iranian toilet or cooking facilities.
The spacious courtyard area of the complex is fenced, and a 24-hour caretaker resides on the premises.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 500 meters away, for their daily needs.
It is worth noting that food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available with prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access for Irancell is 4G, while it is weak for Hamrah-e Aval.
Additionally, approximately 100 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved.
