این خانه روستایی یکخوابه مستر در روستای مهاباد واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر با فیروزکوه فاصله دارد.
این واحد دارای سالن نشیمن مجهز به کرسی برقی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مجهز به مبل تخت خوابشو و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد که به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
