این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای قرآن تالار از توابع بابلکنار واقع شده است که با شیرگاه حدود 14 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان آلاچیق با صندلی و میز آتشدان، وان جکوزی و باربیکیو را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
