این سوئیت یکخوابه با طرای چوبی و حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای وردوم واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است و محوطه آن که به وسیله دیوار و فنس محصور می باشد به صورت مشترک با میزبان و واحد دیگر قابل استفاده می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید به جهت برقراری و حفظ امنیت ساختمان به دوربین مداربسته مجهز می باشد که دروازه ورودی را پوشش می دهد.
