این کپر در جزیره هرمز واقع شده است که با قلعه پرتقالی ها حدود 300 متر و با ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
امکانات این کپر 20 متری شامل چهار تخت خواب تک نفره، کولر پنجره ای، یخچال و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است، لازم به ذکر است ارتفاع در ورود یک متر می باشد.
حیاط اقامتگاه از سه طرف با دیوار و یک طرف با فنس محصور شده و نگهبان نیز در همسایگی اقامتگاه حضور دارد.
