این کلبه سوئیسی در روستای فشتکه اول واقع شده است که تا شهر خمام حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا شهر رشت حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات کلبه می توان اسپیکر، آتشدان، باربیکیو و حیاط محوطه سازی شده که دارای سینک ظرفشویی می باشد را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام و ایوان می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در به همراه بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه کلبه با دیوار محصور است و به جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتری ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
