این خانه مبله دو خوابه در شهر کاشان واقع شده است که تا حمام فین کاشان حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در یک ساختمان تک طبقه 2 واحدی قرار گرفته است و دسترسی به آن با طی حدود 4 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه زیرهمکف امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام است و تنها سرویس ایرانی در حیاط خلوت قرار گرفته شده است. همچنین دسترسی به اتاق خواب ها با پیمودن حدود 4 پله امکان پذیر است و دسترسی به حیاط خلوت هم از داخل پذیرایی امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد.
میزبان در طبقه دوم همین ساختمان سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و راه‌پله به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
