این ویلای سه خوابه در روستای علی آباد عسگرخان واقع شده است که با نوشهر حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی، آلاچیق، تخت آفتاب، سیستم صوتی، حیاط و تراسی دلباز فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در یک ساختمان دو طبقه تک واحدی قرار دارد که دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در محوطه حضور دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مواردی چون آماده سازی و سرو غذا در سه وعده صبحانه، ناهار، شام و خرید اقلام و مایحتاج ضروری با هماهنگی سرایدار و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
همچنین آب لوله کشی غیر قابل آشامیدن است لذا توصیه می شود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
