این واحد یکخوابه در روستای درزیکلا واقع شده است و با شهر شیرگاه حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با ورودی مجزا قرار دارد که طبقه پایین خالی بوده و قابل استفاده نمی باشد.
از امکانات این خانه می توان به حیاط خلوت و بالکن دنج می باشد.
طراحی این واحد به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 20 پله طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکن نقلی قرار دارد.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله 200 متری و نانوایی حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
