این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در شهر بابلسر واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی در محوطه حیاط قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط خانه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
