این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای امشه در جاده سنگر به کوچصفهان واقع شده است که با سنگر حدود 5 کیلومتر و با رشت حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
