این خانه مبله دو خوابه در بندر گناوه واقع شده است که تا ساحل خلیج فارس حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 19 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با واحد دیگر قابل استفاده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
گفتنی است تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده می باشد و سرویس ایرانی در مجاورت ورودی واحد در ایوان قرار گرفته است، همچنین خانه دارای سه اتاق خواب می باشد که یک اتاق خواب آن قفل و غیرقابل استفاده برای مهمانان است.
محوطه حیاط خانه با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد.
