این اتاق با دو تخت دبل در یک مجموعه 12 واحدی با امکان سفارش غذا در جزیره زیبای هرمز واقع شده است که تا ساحل حدود یک کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی اقامتگاه به گونه ای است که دارای دو تخت خواب دبل، یخچال هتلی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی اختصاصی است.
مهمانان اقامتگاه می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک به صورت محدود و برای گرم کردن غذا استفاده نمایند اما سرو غذا محلی با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام ممکن است.
حیاط مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در مجموعه سکونت دارد و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است سوخت اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود و آب مصرفی منطقه فاقد کیفیت مطلوب برای آشامیدن است لذا بهتر است با خود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن همراه داشته باشید.
