این سوئیت مبله در منطقه نخل ناخدا در شهر بندرعباس واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا و بوستان ولایت حدود 1.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه و 9 واحدی قرار دارد که دروازه ورودی و راه پله بصورت جداگانه و مستقل استفاده می گردد.
