این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با استخر کوچک و جکوزی در روستای امام کلا واقع شده است که با شیرگاه حدود 37 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان تراس دلباز با میز و صندلی و سیستم صوتی را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، ورودی استخر، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 100 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
