این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در روستای خورین واقع شده است که تا شهر رودهن حدود 11 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل سالن پذیرایی با ورودی استخر، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط، دروازه و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود، لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
