این کلبه سنتی در روستای خوش آب و هوای سراگاه واقع شده است که حدود 5 کیلومتر با شهر تالش فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب بدون در و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس و پرچین محصور شده و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با واحد دیگری که در همین محوطه قرار گرفته استفاده می گردد.
سرو غذا در وعده های صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 40 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو است.
