این کلبه سوئیسی در روستای قاضیان واقع شده است که تا شهر سنگر حدود 12 کیلومتر و با میدان شهرداری رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه کلبه فاقد حصار می باشد و لازم به ذکر است در حال حاضر مصالح ساختمانی جهت محوطه سازی در حیاط این کلبه قرار گرفته است.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این واحد از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 2 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
