این خانه مبله دو خوابه در پایین محله شهر چاف واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر و تا شهر لنگرود حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی به صورت مجزا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
