این ویلا سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاطی دلباز در شهر کتالم واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این واحد در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 3 پله شامل استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی از حیاط و پذیرایی، سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم فضای نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه وزودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
سرو غذای محلی مرغ ترش، مرغ شکم پر، زرشک پلو، فسنجان و ... با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده ناهار و شام امکان پذیر است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
