این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه با چشم انداز شالیزار در روستای جورکویه واقع شده است که تا شهر لشت نشاء حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا پذیرایی، دو اتاق خواب و بالکن نقلی قرار گرفته است، همچنین تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 30 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
