این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه اقامتی در روستای حاجی بکنده واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر و با شهر زیبا کنار حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 4 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
