این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری ساحل دریا در روستای خشک اسطلخ واقع شده است که با شهر بندر انزلی حدود 35 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس مجهز به نیمکت و چمن مصنوعی قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط محوطه سازی شده این ویلا با دیوار می باشد. لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود و به همین دلیل مجهز به سیستم تصفیه مرکزی است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر در دسترس هستند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
