این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای چوباغ واقع شده است که با شهر جویبار حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه به گونه ای ساخته شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب می باشد، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی پشت درب ورودی خانه در پاگرد ورودی در دسترس است.
با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه، محوطه از یک سمت با فنس و از سه سمت با دیوار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری خانه تهیه نمایند.
