این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای کرده ده واقع شده است که حدود 2 کیلومتر از سرعین و حدود 35 کیلومتر از اردبیل فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که اتاق ها فاقد در هستند.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، ضمنا با توجه به تصاویر بخشی از حیاط درحال محوطه سازی و ساخت و ساز می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
