این خانه دو خوابه در روستای ولمرود از توابع خرم آباد واقع شده است با شهر تنکابن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه و 2 واحدی قرار دارد که دروازه ورودی و راه پله بصورت مشترک با دیگر ساکنین استفاده می گردد.
خانه دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، گفتنی است واحد دارای سه خواب می باشد اما در یک اتاق آن قفل و غیرقابل استفاده مهمانان است.
