این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای دهشک از توابع منطقه شاهنامه واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر با شهر مشهد فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده و حیاط دلباز مجهز به آتشدان، تاب باغی و میز و صندلی اشاره کرد.
حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
