این خانه مبله دو خوابه در شهر بندر ترکمن واقع شده که واحد با دسترسی حدود 18 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب می باشد. حمام کنار ورودی خانه و سرویس ایرانی نیز با حدود 5 پله دسترسی به سمت بالا در راه پله تعبیه شده اند.
با توجه به عدم وجود نرده در پله های ساختمان حتما مراقب دلبندانتان باشید.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
سرو غذای محلی با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده ناهار و شام امکان پذیر است.
