این کلبه یکخوابه به همراه آلاچیق و تاب دونفره در روستای رودبار و رو به رودخانه نکا واقع شده است که تا شهر بهشهر حدود 35 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه در شیب زمین بنا شده و طراحی داخلی آن به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون درب و تراس قرار گرفته است، گفتنی است سرویس ایرانی و حمام در مجاورت درب ورودی تعبیه شده می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با فنس محصور شده و دروازه بصورت برچین قرار دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر شیب دار در 20 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
