این کلبه چوبی دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای مغان ده واقع شده که تا چمستان حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا شهر نور حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این کلبه می توان به فوتبالدستی، ویدئو پروژکتور، استخر، جکوزی، تراس، حیاط دلباز، میز و صندلی و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد، در طبقه بالا نیز یک اتاق خواب بدون در قرار دارد.
