این خانه مبله دو خوابه دارای بالکن دلباز با چشم انداز کوهستان در روستای برسه واقع شده است که تا شهر تنکابن حدود 35 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ساختمان در شیب زمین بنا شده و فاقد پله است، همچنین واحد با ورودی مجزا در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
با توجه به تصاویر و عدم وجود نرده در کوچه ی این اقامتگاه، حتما مراقب دلبندان خود باشید.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن می باشد، همچنین روستا فاقد نانوایی است لذا توصیه می شود نان مصرفی خود را از قبل تهیه نمائید.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت ضعیف می باشد.
