این کلبه سوئیسی با وان جکوزی در روستای پل سرا و با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از نشتارود واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد، همچنین وان جکوزی در ایوان ورودی و در فضای بیرونی کلبه تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه کلبه با دیوار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 500 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 300 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
