این ویلا سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در درویش آباد شهر سرخرود واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 400 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، حوضچه آبگرم، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
