این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در روستای خورین واقع شده است که تا رودهن حدود 10 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز بیلیارد، آتشدان، آلاچیق، میز و صندلی باغی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
دسترسی به این ویلا از حیاط با پیمودن حدود 5 پله امکانپذیر است و محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
