این سوئیت با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای لتیین واقع شده است که حدود 10 کیلومتر از گیسوم و حدود 18 کیلومتر از اسالم فاصله دارد.
سوئیت در مجاورت شالیزار قرار دارد که دارای چشم انداز بینظیر کوهستان و جنگلی می باشد و به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی و آشپزخانه بوده و حمام با سرویس ایرانی نیز خارج از سوئیت و در راه پله قرار دارند.
