این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای فتاتو واقع شده است که تا خمام حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه اطراف خانه از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف با گرین وال محصور شده است، همچنین حیاط و آلاچیق به صورت مشترک با سایر ساکنین قابل استفاده است.
با توجه به اینکه آب مصرفی خانه به وسیله لوله کشی از چاه تامین می گردد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج ضروری دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از خانه امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
