این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه با چشم اندازی زیبا از جنگل دالخانی در روستای پیازکش واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود طراحی مدرن، روف گاردنی دلباز و مجهز به استخر و چشم اندازی رو به کوهستان و امکاناتی نظیر میز بیلیارد، وان جکوزی، فضایی دلنشین را جهت استفاده مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 15 پله از محوطه و به صورت دوبلکس طراحی شده است و فضای داخلی آن در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم لابی، میز بیلیارد و دو اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد، همچنین در طبقه سوم این ویلا روف گاردنی مجهز به استخر و میز و صندلی تعبیه شده است.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود سه الی چهار کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
