این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه مستر به همراه استخر در شهر ساحلی فرح آباد واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه ی بالا سالن، دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن قرار دارد، همچنین در طبقه سوم تراسی دلباز جهت استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا حضور دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن فاصله حدود 100 متر به سوپرمارکت و حدود 600 متر به نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
