این کلبه چوبی دو خوابه با نمای شیشه ای در روستای خوش آب و هوای طالب دره از توابع شاندرمن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار دارد، همچنین با حدود 8 پله دیگر از تراس یک فضای خواب تعبیه شده است.
در این کلبه سرو غذای محلی برای وعده ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
محوطه کلبه با فنس محصور می باشد و مطابق با تصاویر میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیک و در همسایگی سکونت دارد، در نظر داشته باشید در مجاورت کلبه تعدادی مصالح ساختمانی قرار دارد اما در حال حاضر ساخت و سازی انجام نمی شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر در دسترس هستند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 30 متر مسیر منتهی به ساختمان به صورت خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
