این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه به همراه ایوانی دلباز با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل در روستای لتر واقع شده که در جاده دالخانی قرار گرفته است.
فاصله خانه تا جنگل دالخانی حدود 10 کیلومتر و با شهر رامسر حدود 20 کیلومتر می باشد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط به سبک خانه های روستایی فاقد دیوار می باشد و محصور نیست ولی میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی از خانه سکونت دارد، همچنین یک سوئیت دیگر در مجاورت این واحد قرار گرفته که مسیر ورودی بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
