این ویلا دو خوابه در مجاورت رودخانه در شهر رودبنه واقع شده است که با لاهیجان حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود میز ایرهاکی، تراسی مجهز به آتشدان، تاب رو به رودخانه و حیاطی مجهز به میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم نموده است.
ویلا در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و همچنین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، لازم به ذکر است آتشدان در تراس طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با پرچین چوبی محصور شده و از بیرون اشراف دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، میزبان در برخی مواقع در اتاقک طبقه بالا حضور دارد در مواقع دیگر درب آن قفل بوده و در اختیار مهمان نمی باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 100 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
