این ویلا دو خوابه به همراه تراس مجهز به آتشدان و در مجاورت رودخانه شهر رودبنه واقع شده است که با لاهیجان حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و همچنین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با پرچین چوبی محصور شده، از بیرون اشراف دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد همچنین میزبان در برخی از مواقع در طبقه بالا حضور دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آتشدان در تراس طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 100 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
