این خانه مبله دو خوابه با بالکنی دلنشین و حیاطی دلباز در روستای قلعه خانجان واقع شده است که حدود 55 کیلومتر از شهر خرم آباد فاصله دارد.
خانه در مجاورت اتاق های دیگر و در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه 5 واحدی با دسترسی حدود 9 پله قرار دارد که از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به محوطه و بالکن اشاره کرد.
گفتنی است که سرو صبحانه، ناهار و شام با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه و هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان امکان پذیر می باشد.
اطراف محوطه با فنس محصور است و میزبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان و ساکنین واحدهای دیگر استفاده می شود. جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته به محوطه اشراف دارد.
میهمانان گرامی می توانند جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه به سوپرمارکت در طبقه همکف اقامتگاه دسترسی داشته باشند. لازم به ذکر است روستا فاقد نانوایی می باشد و می بایست نان مصرفی خود را از شهر تهیه کنید.
