این ویلای دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده در روستای نورسر واقع شده است که تا شهر هچیرود حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام مجزا می باشد، گفتنی است محوطه استخر یک درب دیگر از حیاط نیز دارد که در زمان استفاده مهمان قفل و غیر قابل استفاده می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در طبقه سوم سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با ساکنین دیگر می باشد، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 20 متر و 100 متر ممکن است.
