این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در پلاک یک ساحل دریا در شهر رامسر واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه ویلایی به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان ورودی با تخت سنتی، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از خانه سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
