این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با چشم انداز بینظیر جنگلی در روستای خوش آب و هوای ماکلوان واقع شده است که حدود 12 کیلومتر از فومن و حدود 22 کیلومتر از ماسوله فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و آب لوله کشی منطقه نیز فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
