این ویلا استخردار یکخوابه به همراه دو سوئیت در روستای نسمه واقع شده است که با شهر پاوه حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ساختمان ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای دو سوئیت مجزا با آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 10 پله از بیرون، در طبقه بالا یک واحد کامل که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب با حمام، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن می باشد، قرار گرفته است.
در نظر داشته باشید که طبقه بالا و سوئیت ها بصورت دربست در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار کوتاه و از یک طرف دیگر به وسیله حصار چوبی محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
